This year at the Shelby County Fair I entered in two drawings. For the drawing I did of my Grandma Sheeley I got 1st, champion, and grand champion. For the drawing I did of Great Grandma Dettweiler I got 2nd, reserve champion, and reserve grand champion.
I went to the fair again tonight and discovered the reserve ribbons on Great Grandma Dettweiler's portrait were gone! The lady there said they made a mistake before when giving them to me, because a 2nd place can't get reserve grand champion only a 1st place. :( ...at least I still have the grand champion on Grandma Sheeley, but it's still disappointing to have reserve given then taken away.
